Requirements

• Proven track record of leading technical ML research and engineering teams.
• High proficiency in multimodal LLM and speech algorithm research.
• Experience in launching and continuously improving production ML services.
• Passion for guiding teams through complex technical challenges.
• Strong history of mentoring and developing talent.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on ML experience (or 4+ years with relevant PhD).
• 2+ years of experience leading ML teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead a broad portfolio of end-to-end initiatives in multimodal LLM and audio algorithms to achieve ambitious localization goals.
• Mentor, support, and inspire a team of Research Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers.
• Collaborate with technical leads to define strategy, plan initiatives, and develop talent.
• Set high standards for execution speed and quality while nurturing technical excellence.
• Utilize cutting-edge expertise to identify new opportunities and make strategic decisions.
• Foster strong partnerships across domains to shape long-term collaborations.
• Represent the team's work and enhance the internal and external brand.
• Contribute to the growth of the broader Machine Learning community.
