Independent Contractor (1099): Enjoy flexibility with a Part-Time or Full-Time commitment. Flexible Schedule: Set your own availability using a personal calendar link. Support Provided: Patients are scheduled for you, and all cases are provided to you. Mission-Driven Work: Provide meaningful support to patients navigating difficult life events. No Production Pressure: Care is medically driven and necessity-based, allowing you to focus solely on appropriate, ethical treatment, not volume. Compensation: Paid based on CPT Codes performed. Practice Support: Benefit from structured onboarding, credentialing assistance, and a collaborative care model alongside behavioral health counselors. What You Will Be Doing As a Psychotherapist in this unique legal-medical environment, your primary responsibilities revolve around providing high-quality virtual care and maintaining meticulous documentation. Deliver ethical, patient-centered care, including performing assessments and follow-ups. Support virtual care delivery with consistent availability. Utilize the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system for charting and scheduling. Critical Focus: Document care in a legally sound, incident-focused format. Documentation must be clear, defensible, and tied specifically to the patient’s condition and the incident's impact. Legal Participation: Be comfortable with the possibility of participating in legal depositions or testifying to your clinical notes if required.

Requirements

• Licensure: Must be a fully licensed Psychotherapist (LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) and must not require supervision.
• Legal Comfort: Comfortable working in a legal-medical environment and open to testifying to clinical notes based on documentation.
• Documentation Excellence: Possess strong documentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
