About The Position
The Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy via an HIPAA-compliant video platform. The role allows for managing a flexible caseload of your choosing, which can include individuals, couples, and families. The therapist will be responsible for maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system, coordinating care, and collaborating with other clinicians as needed. Confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards in clinical practice are paramount. Additionally, participation in optional peer consultation groups or supervision is encouraged.
