Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant customer service experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a service-oriented mindset
- Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to provide empathetic solutions
- Organizational skills and ability to navigate system tools efficiently
- Open availability during operating hours and ability to work remotely in a quiet setting
- Must complete and pass state insurance exam through provided paid training
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients without cold calling
- Navigate company systems to locate and provide accurate information efficiently
