Requirements

Responsibilities

• Work with educators to develop engaging, high-quality remote learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our learners.
• Monitor student participation and progress to ensure that all learners are actively engaged and on track with their coursework.
• Utilize data to identify areas of learning difficulty and work with educators to implement tailored pedagogical strategies.
• Provide technical support to both educators and students, such as troubleshooting learning management system (LMS) issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that necessary learning materials, such as textbooks and supplemental resources, are available to students in a timely manner.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive virtual learning environment by managing online discussion boards and student support platforms.
• Attend regular team and student meetings via videoconferencing platforms and be comfortable in a predominantly virtual work environment.
