Requirements

4–6+ years of experience in eLearning development and instructional design.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Experience designing for mobile-first or low-bandwidth environments.
Portfolio showcasing high-quality digital learning work.
Expertise in authoring tools like Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.
Strong proficiency with multimedia tools like Camtasia and Vyond.
Ability to incorporate AI into project work.
Experience designing scenario-based learning and simulations.
Familiarity with LMS administration and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional frameworks.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging, SCORM/xAPI compliant learning experiences.
Produce high-quality, mobile-friendly multimedia content.
Optimize interactive eLearning solutions by building complex course functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs and L&D peers for design accuracy.
Conduct rigorous QA and learner data analysis for improvement.
