Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
Introduce clients to available benefit programs and explain options clearly
Guide clients through enrollment and provide supportive follow-up
Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
Participate in virtual training workshops and leadership development programs
Collaborate with mentors and team members to strengthen professional skills
Build long-term relationships through strong client service and communication
