About the position
We are seeking a Jr. Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Houston, United States. As a Jr. Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients while assisting senior team members in account management activities. This position is 100% remote, from 8am - 5pm CST.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Support senior account managers in developing and implementing account strategies
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM software
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Participate in client meetings and conference calls
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and company products/services
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related field; experience with account management preferred
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM software and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Meet)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice-to-haves
- Knowledge of SaaS sales is a plus
