About The Position

The Jira Developer position at TEKsystems is a remote, temp-to-perm role focused on developing and maintaining automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA and other related products. The role involves building and deploying servers and applications, developing plugins, configuring custom fields, and supporting JIRA configurations to meet client requirements. Candidates must have significant experience in JIRA development and will work directly for TEKsystems on a W2 basis before transitioning to a full-time position.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Jira Developer.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automation workflows in Atlassian JIRA and other Atlassian products.
• Build and deploy servers and applications.
• Develop plugins to extend JIRA capabilities.
• Create dashboards for JIRA Connect add-ons.
• Configure custom fields in JIRA.
• Support JIRA configurations that meet client requirements.
• Create custom preset filters.
• Test outcomes and identify defects.
