Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 10 years of IT experience with a focus on Hardware Asset Management.
• Proven leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience managing an operating budget of $2.9 million or more.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and print service management processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global Managed Print Services (MPS) program.
• Manage the procurement and tracking of IT hardware assets.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure high-quality service delivery from vendors.
