As we continue to grow and expand our team, we are seeking a Part-Time Interviewer to join us remotely. Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Interviewer who is passionate about engaging with potential candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. This part-time, fully remote role offers flexibility and is ideal for someone with experience in interviewing, recruiting, or human resources. Reporting to the Hiring Manager, the Interviewer will focus on conducting candidate interviews, evaluating their fit for open roles, and supporting the hiring process to help build a strong team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong communication skills, and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, or human resources is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to assess and engage with diverse candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple interviews efficiently in a structured manner.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a passion for helping build great teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other hiring tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting Interviews: Schedule and lead initial interviews, assessing candidates based on job requirements, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Screening: Review applications and resumes to identify qualified individuals for further consideration.
  • Interview Coordination: Work closely with the Hiring Manager to ensure an organized and efficient interview process.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication with candidates and provide a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Document interview feedback and share insights with the Hiring Manager to aid in hiring decisions.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine interview techniques and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Onboarding: Send out paperwork and help candidates complete their onboarding process.
