About The Position

This internship is unpaid, but Degy CAN help students receive college credit (if applicable). This internship is generally geared toward college students, but graduates or transitioning professionals of any age are also encouraged to apply. Interns will apply for and be placed within the following departments: Marketing, Festivals and Fairs, Roster Operations, Degy Impact, CPSE (Corporate, Private and Special Events) Booking and Sales, or Special Projects Team. This will be the main day-to-day responsibility and where most deadlines and assignments will come from.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Booking & Sales Team to learn lead generation and market research.
• Develop different sectors of Degy and build brand awareness.
• Enhance customer service and sales skills.
• Gain understanding of the show process from conception to execution.
• Focus on marketing strategies and creative branding with the Marketing & Creative Team.
• Engage in graphic design, social media management, content creation, website optimization, SEO strategies, and Google Analytics.
• Collaborate on special projects with the Special Projects Team, focusing on new business lines and project execution.
• Support the creation of marketing materials and basic web design.
