  • At least one year of experience as an Intake Specialist or Receptionist Assistant
  • Experience drafting legal documents and handling legal inquiries
  • Proficiency with calendar management tools
  • Outstanding English communication skills
  • Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Must have own PC or laptop, a headset, and reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload)
  • Quiet and private workspace suitable for remote work
  • Timezone Requirement: Ability to work US business hours
  • Software and tools: Infusionsoft or Keap, Zoom, Slack, Gmail, G Suite, Office Suite, Adobe, internal CRM and VOIP systems

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general office duties as needed
  • Attend to file administration and document management
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct research on legal statutes, opinions, and related information
  • Draft legal documents, invoices, and statements accurately
  • Manage inbound client calls with professionalism and tact
  • Support the legal team with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Support clients through feedback collection and resolution of inquiries
  • Request and collect sensitive and confidential information securely
