About The Position
The Insurance Verification Specialist is responsible for registering patients, verifying insurance coverage, and advising patients of their financial responsibility. This role is crucial in ensuring that patients have the necessary information regarding their insurance and financial obligations before receiving services. The specialist will work closely with Ambulatory Surgical Centers and doctors' offices to obtain necessary demographic and insurance information, enter this information into the system, and communicate with patients regarding their financial responsibilities.
