Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in a leadership role
- Experience managing a total team size of 50+ employees
- Hands-on experience with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, PPO, and Commercial Insurance
- Experience in both Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB)
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) platforms such as Epic or MEDITECH Expanse
Responsibilities
- Manage existing client relationships and develop new client opportunities
- Oversee training and education for supervisors and staff to ensure up-to-date processes
- Develop processes and procedures to align with client expectations and operational efficiency
- Manage HR functions such as performance reviews and staffing decisions
- Initiate team development projects to enhance team performance
- Identify and implement revenue enhancement opportunities
