PulseLearning is seeking an Instructional Designer to work with a team to create AWS technical curriculum and labs using Adobe content development tools. This role involves collaborating with a remote team based in the Eastern Time zone of North America, with flexible hours to accommodate other time zones as necessary. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive knowledge and experience in Learning & Development to create and update courseware using tools like Rise and Storyline, focusing on cloud-based curriculum creation.

  • Bring your wealth of knowledge and experience in Learning & Development to create content.
  • Update/create and build courseware in Rise and Storyline.
  • Engage in cloud-based curriculum creation.
  • Work remotely with an East coast US team with flexible hours as required.
  • Embed into the Client team seamlessly.
  • 3+ years demonstrated experience creating technical training materials and content.
  • Knowledge of AWS domains and Python.
  • 3+ years of proven experience working with remote and dispersed teams and time zones.
  • Degree in Instructional design, adult learning, or other education-related or tech-related field.
  • Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, or other content-specific certifications as appropriate.
  • AWS Certifications and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following tools: Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Captivate, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in graphic design and image editing software is desirable.
