The role is critical as it oversees the daily operations of the Inside Sales Access teams. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in an inside sales or contact center environment.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Background in sales within pharmacy and call center operations.
• Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in healthcare.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales Access team.
• Lead and coach team members, providing feedback and support.
• Manage processes within the pharmacy access program.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Handle complex customer complaints and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and accreditation standards.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
