As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You will begin paid training in a remote work environment, with training extending over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license, which will be provided during training. The position requires working a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time, and all computer equipment will be provided. You must maintain a professional workspace and have a high-speed internet connection.

  • Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and adapt to different environments and schedules.
  • Ensure customers receive quality products and services to meet their needs.
  • 2-3 years of sales experience preferred.
  • 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
  • Property and Casualty Insurance License (training will be provided if not currently held).
