About The Position
Our Remote Inside Sales Agent position is available for candidates based on the state of Florida. Applicants must reside within the specified location to be considered for this role. Positivity, flexibility, determination, and a persuasive personality are essential qualities for this role. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. From day one, you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All insurance representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license. If you do not have one, no worries, paid training also includes licensing! Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires. You must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time. Example 11am-8pm (CST). This schedule can be expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
