Requirements

• At least 1 year of over-the-phone sales experience.
• Basic computer skills including general typing, data entry, and basic computer operation.
• Ability to communicate professionally and politely in both Spanish and English is preferred.

• Previous experience working with an enterprise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service before and during the sale.
• Explain cellular phones and recommend technology and service plans based on customer needs.
• Multitask by performing data entry, logging sales, researching solutions, and answering customer questions while on the phone.
• Work collaboratively with team members and appreciate each other's strengths and talents.
