Provides expert direction, management, and assistance in analysis and resolution of complex and/or routine issues and requests related to learning management system administration. This position is responsible for supporting the design, development, implementation, delivery, and maintenance of resources used for instructional functions. Operates with a high degree of independence, autonomy, and use of good judgement, strong technical, problem solving, and analytical skills. Develops sustainable, efficient, and effective processes to support customers within the parameters of the department service level agreements. Markets department services and provides world class customer service. This position works closely with and/or supports System Office/RHM business leaders, HR partners, managers, colleagues, and the vendor. Position is remote based. Prior LMS (Learning Mgmt System - Health Stream, Cornerstone) experience preferred.
