About The Position
This part-time position allows for remote work but does not provide benefits or paid time off. The role focuses on customer excellence through rapport building and establishing trust, with a strong attention to detail. The individual will administer HR policies and procedures across multiple functional areas, investigate and resolve HR-related issues, and provide superior customer service to all inquiries. Responsibilities include performing HR administration and benefits transactions in Workday, processing employment verifications, and collaborating with HR Service Center team members to resolve complex associate issues. The position also involves documenting inquiries, assisting with website navigation, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
