About The Position
The Remote Home Care Marketer position is an exciting opportunity for individuals in the healthcare field, including nurses, CNAs, LVNs, EMTs, and physician assistants, who are looking to earn extra commission while working flexibly. This role is specifically designed for candidates who reside in the Los Angeles County area, particularly in the San Fernando Valley, Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita, or Los Angeles. The primary focus of this position is to identify and market local referral centers such as hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and doctors' offices, thereby generating new leads for our home care services. As a Remote Home Care Marketer, you will be responsible for arranging presentations of our services at various staff meetings and events, ensuring that our offerings are well-represented in the community. You will also attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our agency's services and build relationships with potential referral sources. This role offers the flexibility to work on your own schedule, allowing you to balance your professional commitments with personal life. Compensation is commission-based, rewarding you for every new client referral that is successfully onboarded to our services. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and maintain a positive professional image. Flexibility is key, as you may need to work some evenings and weekends to attend functions and events. A successful candidate will have a proven track record in home care marketing and established relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospital staff, and administrators in skilled nursing facilities and long-term care environments.
