About The Position
Ossid is seeking a talented Field Service Technician, that lives in the Central or Eastern part of the United States to provide technical support/service to customers during the complete life cycle of a machine. As a company machinery expert, this person will provide advice and physical assistance to the customer in identifying problems associated with the operation of OSSID packaging equipment and to provide innovative solutions to make the customer's operations/processes operate more efficiently and economically.
