The IT Support Analyst will provide on-site and remote support for business-critical applications and hardware, resolve complex computing and networking issues, identify and address recurring problems, escalate as needed, and support Martin Brower IT policies while interacting with various IT support teams. The role requires consistent ownership of issue resolution from start to finish, making critical business decisions affecting user and operational capabilities, attending high-priority support calls, and staying current with evolving applications and hardware while contributing to purchasing and implementation decisions. The analyst will assist in resolving issues with business applications, including ERP and Warehouse Management Systems, by leveraging personal knowledge and collaborating with application teams. Additionally, the role involves monitoring and troubleshooting personal computing devices, network equipment, material handling equipment (MHE) technology, handheld devices, printers, and UPS units. The analyst will lead and support laptop deployment and technology packs, manage asset inventory, and maintain device procurement processes. Responsibilities also include installing and maintaining CAT6 cables, wireless access points, UPS units, and other devices, including work at heights up to 35 feet. The analyst will independently run small projects, manage resources and budgets, and develop strong relationships with business and technical partners. Documentation and escalation of issues, creating training materials, participating in off-hour support, and staying current with IT trends and regulations are also key aspects of the role. Willingness to travel to distribution centers up to 75% is required, along with other duties as assigned.
