Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical consulting, enterprise architecture, or business process mapping role
- 5+ years of CRM industry experience
- Ability to drive requirement gathering
- Experience architecting and implementing Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
- Experience with GenAI prompt writing
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Agentforce or Einstein Service Intelligence
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across systems
- Ability to tie outcomes to business value through storytelling
- Comfortable using flow charting tools
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team
Responsibilities
- Provide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisor
- Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce platform expert
- Bring an experience design-focused mindset to solutions
- Work with clients to build out their strategy and roadmap
- Leverage Salesforce technology such as Agentforce and Einstein Bots
- Provide input on detailed design specifications and project plans
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions
- Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members
- Follow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilities
