Requirements

Bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience preferred.
5+ years in marketing, campaign strategy, or loyalty marketing.
2+ years of experience managing vendors or teams.
Understanding of the timeshare industry and its products.
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events aligned with company objectives.
Manage event logistics including venue procurement, entertainment, dining arrangements, and transportation.
Serve as a liaison between internal teams, guests, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for increasing owner participation.
Host assigned events and assist in other markets as needed.
Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
