About The Position

As an Outbound Adjuster, you will provide exceptional customer service by managing outbound claims in non-staffed areas, including reviewing damage, writing repair estimates, creating supplements, and handling total losses for a wide range of vehicles. This role involves conducting virtual inspections using advanced technology such as photos and live video, completing total loss valuations, and negotiating settlements with repair facilities, tow yards, and customers. You will also estimate repair times for rental or loss of use. Success in this position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, pending management, and clear communication to ensure claims are processed efficiently from start to finish. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a flexible environment while leveraging cutting-edge technology. On-camera presence is required for customer assistance, team meetings, and other business needs. Candidates are considered based on time zone and must be willing to work schedules determined by business requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • 24 months+ previous experience in auto Collision estimating using CCC or Mitchell.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting comprehensive cost estimates for paintwork, body, frame restoration and mechanical.
  • Proficiency in using virtual inspection tools and applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess damages and write accurate estimates.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual work environment.
  • Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations related to auto claims.
