Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with healthcare data, with expertise in claims or clinical data.
• 2+ years of experience in value-based care.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in working with data (Excel proficiency expected; SQL a plus).
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity and coachability.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of the platform, data flows, and system configurations.
• Validate data accuracy through collaboration with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Lead tactical communications within workstreams, ensuring clarity on deliverables and timelines.
• Take ownership of workstream deliverables and coordinate updates autonomously.
