Requirements

Bachelorâs Degree in Business, IT, Math, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics.
9+ years of experience with Data Lakes, EDW, or operational databases.
2+ years of management experience.
Expert knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview, PowerBI).
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with leaders to define the strategic roadmap for analytics.
Plans and coordinates activities for analytical solution delivery and support.
Provides technical leadership for developing and maintaining analytics solutions.
Guides leadership on analytics tools and best practices.
Oversees data initiatives with cross-functional teams.
Maintains partnerships among analytics managers and various support teams.
Ensures high data quality standards are established and maintained.
Identifies process improvement opportunities through data-driven insights.
Manages a team of data analysts to ensure project completion.
