Requirements

  • Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2 years of clinical experience OR Bachelor's degree with 4 years of clinical experience OR Associate's degree with 8 years of clinical experience OR High school diploma with 10 years of clinical experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in life science, computer science, engineering, business or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience in clinical development and implementing clinical systems.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices and FDA regulations.
  • Strong project management and technical expertise.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification is a plus.
  • Previous vendor management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for quality delivery within the eCOA service area.
  • Oversee requirements meetings with eCOA vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing study-specific technical documents.
  • Support project timelines and associated activities.
  • Collaborate with data management to define data transfer requirements.
  • Manage user acceptance test creation and execution.
  • Identify and resolve study-related technical issues.
  • Support continuous process and quality improvements.
