About The Position

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote or 1 year on-site customer support experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM min; 16GB ideal)
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired internet connection
- Dual monitors recommended
- No Macbooks or Chromebooks
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and reach out to current/past donors
- Create a positive giving experience with clarity and care
- Accurately enter donation details into the system
- Ensure donor satisfaction through excellent service
- Achieve goals that open the door to promotions
