About The Position

We are onboarding independent contractors to support fundraising efforts for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. This opportunity is best suited for individuals who communicate clearly, remain composed under pressure, and can follow structured scripts and processes consistently.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity
Certification attendance is mandatory
Startup and technical requirements apply
Contractors manage their own schedule and performance
Performance expectations must be maintained to continue servicing

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months remote customer service OR 1 year on-site experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable navigating systems while speaking
• Dedicated, quiet home workspace
• Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM minimum; 16GB recommended)
• USB headset with noise cancellation
• Wired high-speed internet (WiFi-only not permitted)
• Dual monitors recommended
• No MacBooks or Chromebooks
