About The Position

We’re actively interviewing remote audiologists licensed in Iowa to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for professionals looking for flexibility, purpose-driven work, and the chance to lead in an evolving field. Highlights include a fully remote position, a consistent weekly schedule available in an Iowa-based clinic, and part-time availability with the potential to increase up to full-time hours if desired. The position starts as a 1099 contract, with the potential to evolve into a full-time W-2 role with a compensation range between $45-50/hr. You’ll work with in-clinic medical assistants to deliver comprehensive diagnostic audiology, combining hands-on support at the clinic with expert oversight by you.

Requirements

• Licensed in Iowa (IA) – other licenses a plus
• Experienced in diagnostics (2+ years preferred)
• Confident with remote platforms and tools (NOAH, MedRx, Zoom, EMRs, etc.)
• Professional and personable communicators
• Comfortable working independently in a tech-forward environment
• Equipped with a quiet, reliable remote workspace

Responsibilities

• Remotely conduct air, bone, and speech audiometry, tympanometry, and OAEs
• Collaborate in real-time with clinic-based medical assistants (MAs)
• Ensure accurate test administration and patient support throughout each session
• Interpret results and create clinical reports for ENT or private practice clinics
• Provide next-step recommendations and communicate with the care team
• Join professional development discussions to optimize our clinical model
