About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote DevSecOps Engineer. In this role, you will provide essential support to the DevSecOps/Middleware team, engaging with various client and contractor organizations. You will act as the primary technical contact and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project management. This position requires a strong attention to detail alongside the capability to work independently and collaboratively. Your experience in documenting technical processes and addressing complex engineering challenges will be crucial for this role. Accountabilities Contributes to the completion of major engineering programs, potentially in a project leadership role. Develops solutions for complex engineering problems involving advanced scope and complexity. Performs systems design, development, and integration across the entire systems life cycle. Oversees complex infrastructure tasks, including the installation and maintenance of operating systems and application software. Conducts systems modeling, simulation, and analysis. Provides complex solutions for security, backup, and redundancy issues. Maintains comprehensive documentation for engineering projects. Guides less-experienced Systems Engineers and interacts regularly with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
  • Experience as a DevSecOps Engineer with a focus on CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Ability to liaise between Application Owners, Developers, and supporting teams.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting issues across diverse applications.
  • Experience managing and enhancing CI/CD pipelines in GitHub.
  • Knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code with Terraform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with cloud technologies.
