About The Position

Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable using online research tools and booking platforms
- Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment
- Customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages based on client preferences
- Provide accurate information regarding accommodations, amenities, and travel requirements
- Assist with coordinating and confirming travel reservations
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding itinerary details and updates
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and booking information
- Offer follow-up support before and after travel
