About The Position
OranjeBor Energie BV is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Customer Support Representative to join our growing global team. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients, manage collections and overdue payments, oversee account receivables, and serve as our Escrow Representative—coordinating payments and transactions with partners and associates across your designated region. This position requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to handle financial correspondence with precision and professionalism in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Collections, Account Receivables, or Escrow Operations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to manage financial documentation and client correspondence with accuracy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Sound knowledge of Escrow laws and financial compliance frameworks.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, maintaining consistent productivity and professionalism.
