Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of professionals within a remote environment
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance guidance

Implement effective strategies to support consistent team performance
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead by example through active participation in client consultations and service delivery
Ensure consistent, high-quality interactions with clients across the team

Deliver training focused on communication, client engagement, and best practices
Stay informed on regulatory requirements and company policies
