We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Remote Customer Service Representative to provide excellent support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will serve as the first point of contact, resolving inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction from the comfort of your home.

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge, system updates, and company policies.
