PeopleShare is hiring immediately for a REMOTE Customer Service Representative! This position is designed for individuals who have experience in Sales or Customer Service and are committed to providing outstanding customer experiences. The role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in Texas to qualify. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with multiple shifts available, and the pay is up to $40,000 a year, plus bonuses. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced call center environment, where you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, handling billing concerns, and guiding families through the process of filing for benefits. You will represent the company by ensuring an excellent customer experience and actively providing additional products to help secure coverage for customers' needs. In this role, you will need to demonstrate strong active listening skills to effectively partner with customers and understand their requests. You will be tasked with processing policy change requests and addressing any concerns that may arise. The position requires a dedicated workspace that is free of distractions, as well as a hard-wired phone line to maintain communication with customers. PeopleShare is committed to providing the necessary equipment for you to perform your job effectively. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent placement, and you will receive bi-weekly pay.
