About The Position

RAMI is seeking dependable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our customer experience operations. In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, and helping resolve common issues. This position is 100% remote, and full training is provided, making it ideal for both entry-level and experienced professionals. This role is dedicated to customer service and support only. There is no cold calling, no sales quotas, and no commission-based responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate online systems
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding RAMI’s products and services
  • Document customer interactions and update internal systems accurately
  • Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
