About The Position

Requirements

  • At least 6 months work at home experience.
  • At least 1 year of Call Center experience.
  • Must live in the state of Florida.
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must have GED or High School Diploma.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Represent a major brand as a Customer Service Representative.
  • Interact with customers via inbound calls to assist with their needs.
  • Build meaningful connections with customers.
