About The Position

The Remote Customer Service Representative at DISH Network is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting inquiries. This role involves promoting products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement, ensuring that customers receive the best value from their DISH experience. Representatives will handle a variety of customer concerns, from simple questions to complex issues, while maintaining a high level of engagement throughout their shifts.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
  • Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of the shift with minimal distractions.
  • Ability to be on camera during all video meetings.
  • Tech savviness with the ability to operate multiple windows and tabs while providing customer service.

Nice To Haves

  • Openness to being coachable and a desire to learn new techniques.
  • Flexibility with schedule changes every 12-15 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an information resource for billing, programming, and technical troubleshooting questions.
  • Promote products and services to new and existing customers.
  • Provide solutions to customer concerns, from simple to complex situations.
  • Engage with a diverse consumer base to address customer needs and technical issues.
  • Support customers between the hours of 6 AM to 10 PM MT.
  • Adhere to a pre-planned schedule and maintain superb attendance.
  • Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls throughout the shift.
