The Customer Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in bridging the service gap for PACE clients and their participants, ensuring that they receive the necessary support from network pharmacies. This position involves providing enrollment support for new PACE enrollees, communicating pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies, and coordinating facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation and timely delivery to participants' homes. The coordinator will also provide help desk support to network pharmacies and educate PACE staff on pharmacy processes. In this role, the Customer Service Coordinator will make outgoing calls to gather and confirm information necessary for processing customer requests and will coordinate courier services to ensure timely medication delivery. The position requires excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong patient-centered focus. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with a strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and other software applications.
