Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members using Zoom
  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
  • Provide ongoing account support, including policy updates and client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Deliver exceptional service to support long-term client satisfaction and retention
