About The Position

This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and working independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You'll play an important role in keeping communication flowing, details accurate, and client needs supported throughout the process. Training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed in this role.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
  • Dependable and able to manage responsibilities independently
  • Comfortable using digital tools and working remotely
  • Must have access to a computer and reliable internet
  • Must be authorized to work in the US, UK, Australia, Spain, Mexico, or LATAM regions

  • Customer service or support experience is a plus, but not required
