In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who have requested information about coverage, schedule virtual consultations, and guide families through their available benefit options—all from the comfort of home. Responsibilities
- Reach out to individuals who have expressed interest in benefits information
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via Zoom
- Educate clients on available life and supplemental benefit options
- Assist families through the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate digital records and follow-ups
