About The Position
We are expanding our remote support team and seeking organized, client-focused individuals to step into the role of Remote Cruise & Resort Travel Specialist. In this position, you will assist clients with planning cruise vacations, all-inclusive resort stays, and customized leisure travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing details, and creating well-organized travel plans while operating independently in a structured environment with provided systems and mentorship. No prior travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and online booking platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Australia, Spain and LATAM
Nice To Haves
- Background in customer service, hospitality, sales, or administration is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and timelines
- Research cruise lines, resorts, destinations, and travel options
- Prepare customized proposals and itinerary outlines
- Coordinate reservations, confirmations, and necessary documentation
- Maintain accurate records using established systems and tools
- Provide professional communication and timely follow-up throughout the planning process
- Participate in ongoing education and team collaboration sessions
