Requirements
- Education: Law degree from an accredited institution and valid state bar membership.
- Experience: 5+ years of legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
- Transactional Expertise: Proven track record in negotiating complex technology and healthcare contracts.
- Drafting Skills: Ability to draft and redline commercial documents with precision.
- Strategic Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
