Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant legal or business field.
• 6+ years of direct experience in Contract Research Organizations (CRO).
• Experience in contract and budget negotiation.
• 3+ years of management or oversight experience.
• Ability to effectively influence others.
• Exceptionally strong communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of the clinical trial agreement (CTA) process for global, multi-site clinical trials.
• Develop the study-specific CTA strategy with the Sponsor and internal stakeholders.
• Create country-specific CTA templates.
• Negotiate CTAs and the corresponding budget directly with clinical sites.
• Present progress to internal and external stakeholders ensuring deliverables meet agreed timelines.
